Your hot tip can be a parenting or playtime tip, toddler and baby tip or handy household cleaning tip - anything you think Mums and Dads might like. Each month we pick a new hot tip so get creative and share your ideas!

Terms and Conditions

1. Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into the Silly Billyz Hot Tips Promotion (Promotion) is deemed to be an acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
2. Promotion commences at 8.00am AEDT on 29 March 2010 and entries close at 5.00pm AEDT on 31 January 2011 (Promotion Period).
3. Entry is only open to Australian residents. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, or agencies, suppliers or companies associated with the conduct of this Promotion, are ineligible to enter.
4. For a chance to win, eligible entrants must:
   a. go online to www.sillybillyz.com.au (Silly Billyz Website);
   b. follow the Promotions link to the Promotion page;
   c. email your details and answer to competitions@sillybillyz.com.au; and enter the Promotion.
   d. By entering this promotion the entrant consents to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with these Conditions of Entry (Entry)
5. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter. Records of the Promoter are final and conclusive as to time of receipt.
6. One entry per person per day will be accepted. All entries must be the sole work of the entrant.
7. All valid entries received during the Promotion Period will be individually judged by a panel appointed by the Promoter. All valid entries will be judged having regard to the overall quality of the response to the Promotion Question, including literary composition, creative merit and originality. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. By entering the Promotion, you authorise the reproduction of your response to the Promotion Question (without attribution) on any publications and products the Promoter may choose and the editing of the response to the Promotion Question prior to publication without consultation.
8. A panel of judges will choose the best 10 valid entries from all valid entries received during the Draw Period at 6 Beaumont Road, Mt Kuring-gai 2080, NSW.
   -Draw 1 Entries received 29 March to 30 April will be judged on 3 May 2010
   -Draw 2 Entries received 1May to 31 May will be judged on 1 June 2010
   -Draw 3 Entries received 1 June to 30 June will be judged on 1 July 2010
   -Draw 4 Entries received 1 July to 31 July will be judged on 2 August 2010
   -Draw 5 Entries received 1 August to 31 August will be judged on 1 September 2010
   -Draw 6 Entries received 1 September to 30 September will be judged on 1 October 2010
   -Draw 7 Entries received 1 October to 31 October will be judged on 1 November 2010
   -Draw 8 Entries received 1 November to 30 November will be judged on 1 December 2010
   -Draw 9 Entries received 1 December to 31 December will be judged on 5 January 2011
   -Draw 10 Entries received 1 January to 31 January will be judged on 1 February 2011
9. The best valid entry in each draw will be displayed on the sillybillyz.com.au website and the entrant will receive a Silly Billyz® Plain Fleece Bib, valued at RRP $7.95.
10. The value of the prize is accurate and based upon the recommended retail price(s) at the date of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize after that date. The prize (including any unused portion) cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. The Promoter retains the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value (including where the prize is unavailable).
11. The winners will be notified in writing by email, and the winners names will be published on the Silly Billyz Website.
12. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into, including in the event of a dispute. The prize must be taken as offered and cannot be varied.
    The Promoter reserves the right to validate and check the authenticity of entries and to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process, or who submit an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
13. The Promoter and its associated agencies or companies accept no responsibility for lost, late, stolen, damaged or misdirected entries.
    If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right in its discretion to modify the terms of the Promotion including the prizes and these Conditions of Entry.
14. Any tax liability arising as a result of accepting any prize is the responsibility of the winner.
    The Promoter will not be liable for any injury, loss or damage of any nature whatsoever (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) which is suffered or sustained as a result of or in connection with receiving, taking or using any prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
15. The Promoter may conduct such further draws at BPM Childcare, 6 Beaumont Road, Mt Kuring-gai 2080, NSW as are necessary on 30 May 2011 for any unclaimed prize, subject however to any directions given under Reg37 of the Lottery and Gaming Regulations 1993 (SA). Details of the winner of any unclaimed prize draw will be published on www.sillybillyz.com.au.
16. All claims and entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter requires your personal information in order to conduct the Promotion. If you do not provide the mandatory personal information requested then you will not be able to take part in the Promotion. By entering this Promotion, each entrant is taken to consent to the Promoter using the entrant’s personal information to administer the Promotion, announces the winners and disclosing the entrant’s personal information to organisations that assist the Promoter with administering the Promotion, and to third parties as required by law (including authorities that regulate this Promotion). By entering the Promotion, the entrant consents to receiving from the Promoter future communications by email including newsletters, special offers and promotions from Silly Billyz® unless otherwise advised by the entrant.
